Commerz Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback
Commerzbank AG is a major German bank operating as a universal bank, headquartered in Frankfurt am Main. In the 2019 financial year, the bank was the second largest in Germany by the total value of its balance sheet.
A former vice president mentioned, "Management at Commerzbank has no clear strategy and are not realistic with their expectations given the bank's lack of product platforms. Overall, the culture was horrible with many people speaking Spanish for work related conversations even though some people did not understand the language."
Current Employee - Anonymous Employee says"People talk at the top of their voices. They need to be fitted with voice modulators. Certainly the noisiest office I ever worked in. Very poor air circulation. People fighting over starting/stopping air-con."
Current Employee - Applications Manager says"Very bad air condition and quality of air Overcrowded and noisy place No promotion program No salary increase Very bad and inexperienced management - most guys came after school or after 1st job and became managers in this young company. They have no experience from big companies, no experience with processes, no certifications, no knowledge."
Current Employee - Anonymous Employee says"- Uncredibly poor indoor air quality in the overcrowded offices - No windows that can be opened for the majority of the staff due to the building attributes - High concentration of CO2, the air is often stale and stuffy - Dry air = low humidity, even under 30%, followed by ocular discomfort - Air pollution, probably caused by HVAC ( Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems and its components (such as air filters, air ducts ) and their improper maintenance - High temperature in summer (+27°C and sometimes more). Air-co was often broken - Even plants and flowers are not able to survive, especially in the offices faced to atrium - WC and kitchen without ventilation; - No promotion (no salary growth) possible except for the friends (girlfriends) of managers - New staff receives significantly higher salaries than colleagues that are working for CoBa for years - No motivation; different standards applied; Work from home is allowed only for selected people - Lax approach of management to problem solving"
Former Employee - Developer says"- very very bad air quality - low humidity - standing qeues to go to smelly toilletes - absolutelly overcrowded, yet there are plans to add more people - very difficult communication within the company"
